The working process of the positive and negative pressure Four-station thermoforming machine mainly includes three stations: heating, molding, and cooling. First, the thermoplastic material (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) is placed in the heating station and heated to its softening point by the heating system. This link ensures that the material has good plasticity so that it can flow smoothly and fill the mold. The heated material moves to the molding station. At this station, the machine uses positive and negative pressure technology to achieve molding: The equipment applies high-pressure gas to the inside of the mold, strongly pushing the material to fit closely with the mold surface so that the material can fully fill the details of the mold and ensure the accuracy of molding.
