Product Description

The basic workflow of the servo vacuum machine can be divided into several key steps:
Heating: The operator places the plastic sheet or film in the heating zone, and the equipment heats the material to its softening temperature by electric heating or infrared radiation. Molding:After the material is heated, the servo drive system lifts the mold to the appropriate position and starts the vacuum system at the same time. Under the action of negative pressure, the softened plastic is quickly adsorbed to the mold surface to form the desired shape. Servo drive technology makes the molding process smoother and can be precisely controlled according to different product requirements. 

Cooling and demolding: After molding, the plastic is quickly solidified by natural cooling or water cooling. After cooling is completed, the negative pressure is released, the mold is automatically or manually separated, and the finished product can be taken out.Servo vacuum machines are widely used in fields that require high-precision control and vacuum adsorption.
