The negative pressure three-station thermoforming machine is a device used for plastic molding processing. The working principle of the negative pressure three-station thermoforming machine is mainly divided into the following steps:
Heating: Place the plastic film or sheet in the heating frame and heat it by electric heating or infrared radiation to make its temperature reach the state of plastic softening.
Molding: The heated softened plastic is transferred to the molding station, where a mold is provided. Suction is generated by negative pressure to fit the plastic tightly to the mold surface. At this time, the plastic is stretched and formed under the action of negative pressure to form the desired product shape.
Cooling and demolding: After the molding is completed, the plastic cools and solidifies. The cooling process can be cooled by air or water. At the same time, the negative pressure is released, and after demolding is completed, the formed product can be taken out.The negative pressure three-station thermoforming machine usually has three different stations, each of which is used for heating, forming, and cooling, thus achieving efficient production.
