Sheet Conveying

This system is controlled by a powerful servo motor,

Heating System

The innovative heating system features two heating banks (top and bottom) mounted on a single frame, gliding on prismatic guides to eliminate vibrations. Equipped with ceramic heating elements and individual controllers, it allows for precise and customizable settings.

Forming Station

This station features two movable platens (upper and lower) driven by three tie-bars, facilitating positive and negative pressure forming. Highly dynamic air valves are independently adjustable, achieving superior forming speed with quick mold locking and automatic centering.

Cutting Press

Stacking System
