Heating System

Our heating system comprises two strategically positioned heating banks (top and bottom), both mounted on a single frame that glides on prismatic guides to eliminate vibrations. Equipped with ceramic heating elements and individual controllers, it allows for precise temperature settings.

Forming Station

This station features two movable platens (upper and lower) driven by three tie-bars, facilitating positive and negative pressure forming. It employs highly dynamic air valves that adjust independently, achieving unprecedented forming speed. The system supports quick mold locking and automatic centering.

Cutting Press

Driven by four tie-bars, the two movable platens (upper and lower) minimize deflection, enhancing knife life and process stability. It features automatic locking for optimized functionality.

Stacking System
